How the proven CTO Levels™ process works
1 - Determine the Company Level
Find your Tech Budget & Team Size on the grid. This determines the Level where the team should be operating to maximize effectiveness.
2 - Assess the Team’s actual Level
Assess your team’s competency for all blocks across the four key Sentinel areas & up to the company’s Level. We utilize a red, yellow, green (RYG) scale.
3 - Gap Analysis & Action Plan
Develop a CTO Levels™ Action Plan to close the gap between the Team Assessment Level and the Company Operating Level.
